Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), established in the United States in the 1970s, has gained recognition as the most powerful communication skill utilized by numerous leaders, business professionals and athletes of the world. Ms. Chinatsu Yamazaki, CEO of NLP Coaching Association Pte. Ltd., is a pioneering figure who introduced NLP to Japan. She is one of the few Japanese individuals who is certified as NLP Master Trainer by the American Board of NLP, known as the most challenging certification in the NLP industry, in the shortest possible time.

 

Ms. Yamazaki primarily offers NLP-based training and coaching for human resource development, having trained thousands of individuals to date. Having experienced the lowest point in her life, she credits learning NLP for transforming her life. She firmly believes that by deeply understanding NLP and learning how to improve one’s life, anyone can turn their life around. Driven by the desire to “increase the number of people who can live happily and authentically by affirming themselves,” she is dedicated to spreading the practice of NLP.

 
This year marks the 10th anniversary of her company, and Ms. Yamazaki plans to expand her content into multiple languages to promote NLP globally. She is also committed to social contribution through NLP, aiming to provide free coaching to underprivileged individuals and children in Japan.
